Scams and fraud are the fastest growing form of crime, so you need to know how to protect yourself against them.

If a company, or someone online, offers to pay your fees at a reduced price, do not respond.

These services are not authorised by the �־�� of Sheffield. If you use these services, you may lose your money. This is because there is no guarantee that payments will be correctly paid to the �־��.

These services may be recommended to you by friends or family who do not realise the services are not legitimate.

Be wary of approaches made on social media such as WeChat, Facebook, Instagram, or any other method other than information given to you directly from the �־��.

Don’t be pressured into making payments - criminals will try to rush or panic you.

All students must complete the Financial Declaration, online, in advance.

You will be sent a link asking you to complete your pre-registration actions and one of these actions is to complete the Financial Declaration.

Registration and paying your fees

Once you’ve read and understood the important information, you can pay your tuition fees.

You have to pay your tuition fees as part of your registration at the �־��.

You will be sent a link to the Online Registration portal asking you to complete your pre-registration actions. This is where, in advance of the course start date, you either pay your tuition fee in full or set up payment by two instalments. Payment of tuition fees can only be made using the Online Registration portal.

Registration for new students

If you are unable to pay in advance then you must arrange to pay tuition fees before you attend Registration.

If you have extenuating circumstances for delaying payment, temporary registration may be given for up to three weeks. You must provide the payment within this three-week period.

Payment in full

You can pay your tuition fees in full by:

Credit or debit card

Payment is in the currency of the country you select

Flywire or Convera (overseas students only)

Payment by card, bank transfer or e-wallet in local currency or pounds sterling (GBP)

Payment in full by credit or debit card

Within online registration, select the 'pay in full' option and ‘make payment by credit or debit card'

You will pay in the currency of the country you select when making your payment (for example if you select country United Kingdom, you will pay in pounds sterling GBP)
To make sure your payment is successful, let your card provider know in advance how much you will be paying for your tuition fees

Payment in two instalments

If you are self-funding £1,000 or more of your tuition fee and you attend for the full academic year, you can pay in two instalments - for example, 50% in October and 50% in February.

If your course start date is not between August and October, you will pay 50% when you register and then the remaining balance four months later.

If you have a UK bank account you can pay your tuition fees in two instalments by:

If you DO NOT have a UK bank account you can pay your tuition fees in two instalments by:
